In the Holy Bible, faith is found in both the Old and New Testaments. The books give us hope when we need to hear the words of God the Fath and His son Jesus Christ,
let us open the Holy Bible to Genesis.
When God said to Abraham,“Take now thy son, thy only son Isaac, whom
thou lovest, and go into the land of Moriah; and offer him
there for a burnt-offering upon one of the mountains”.
Abraham had faith in God, and God saw how strong a faith he had that he sent an angel to stop him. Another example of faith in the Holy Bible is
in the New Testament when Jesus while walking with his disciples turn and said,“Who touched my clothes?”
Looking around he saw a woman trembling she fell to his feet
And told him how for twelve years she had been sick. He said to her, "Daughter your faith has healed you".
There are many more stories in the Holy Bible about faith.
Be on your guard;
stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. Do everything in love.
This is why the Holy Bible has always been to many of us, The Book Of Faith.
We should always find time in our day to sit back and read the Holy Bible,
learning the truth about God Almighty and our Savior Jesus Christ will change your life and save your soul.
The Holy Bible
In the world no book or literature of any kind has made such an impact
on mankind as the
Holy Bible. God's manual to us, the Holy Scriptures.
Compiled by both Jewish and Christian writers, the Holy Bible lives on and changes the lives of many people all around the world.
Available in 2000 languages, with its history stories, philosophy, poetry, songs and prayers, it's the Word of God.
The Holy Bible contains 66 books. The Old Testament contains 39 books written in Hebrew and Aramaic, and the
New Testament has 27 books written in Greek. The Old Testament is the Covenant of God with mankind,
and the New Testament is the Covenant of Jesus with mankind.
He has fulfilled the second half of God's plan for the
Salvation of mankind. Jesus death on the cross destroyed Satan's grip on us from sin.
So that if we believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God we would be forgiven of our sins. We are born again to a new and better life.
The Lords Prayer
Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day by day our daily bread. And forgive us our sins,
For we also forgive everyone who is indebted to us.
And do not lead us into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.
Hatred stirs up strife: but love covers all sins.
Sing aloud to God our strength: make a joyful noise to the God
81:2 Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, the pleasant
harp with the psaltery.
81:3 Blow the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on
our solemn feast day.
81:4 For this [was] a statute for Israel, [and] a law of the God
81:5 This he ordained in Joseph [for] a testimony, when he went
out through the land of Egypt: [where] I heard a language
[that] I understood not.
81:6 I removed his shoulder from the burden: his hands were
delivered from the pots.
81:7 Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered
thee in the secret place of thunder: I proved thee at the
waters of Meribah. Selah.
81:8 Hear, O my people, and I will testify to thee; O Israel, if
thou wilt hearken to me;
81:9 There shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou
worship any strange god.
81:10 I [am] the LORD thy God who brought thee out of the land
of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
81:11 But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel
would not obey me.
81:12 So I gave them up to their own hearts lust: [and] they
walked in their own counsels.
81:13 O that my people had hearkened to me, [and] Israel had
walked in my ways!
81:14 I should soon have subdued their enemies, and turned my
hand against their adversaries.
81:15 The haters of the LORD should have submitted themselves to
him: and their time should have endured for ever.
81:16 He would have fed them also with the finest of the wheat:
and with honey out of the rock I should have satisfied thee.
The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith in Jesus Christ.
